Frequently Asked Questions

Caregiver Connections is a program of Andy’s ABCs Foundation, created to provide FREE events and opportunities for families who have a loved one with additional needs. Our goal is to build community, offer support, and create meaningful connections. 

It is not the same every time. Previously attendees have enjoyed crafting pens and keychains, making chunky blankets and bingo.  Activities are announced prior to the event and range from crafts to games to simple activities created to allow for connection. 

Another...Great Beginnings has generously opened up their beautiful building for the monthly Caregiver Connections events.  Located in North Columbus at 7830-A Veterans Parkway Columbus, Ga 31909

NOTHING. This event is completely free to attend. No income requirement. No donation request. Just come as you are. 

 Yes! Care is available for children or dependents while you enjoy the event. Please visit our website at www.andysabcs.org to request care in advance.  Care can not be provided without registration; this is done to ensure low ratios are maintained. 

Light snacks and drinks will be available for events in the mornings.  Events held from 1-3 pm will have a lunch/finger foods severed. 

 Nope! Just bring yourself—we’ll provide everything else you need. 

Absolutely! Andy’s ABCs Foundation is fully powered by volunteers. If you’d like to support this event, we’d love to have you join us. We can also provide proof of volunteer hours for those who need it.

Possibly however they will not video you or your loved on if you would not like to be recorded. We are excited to welcome in our local media to share all that Andy's ABCs is doing. 

There are official programs in the works expected to be launched mid 2026.
