The Kindness Campaign is the heartbeat of Andy’s ABCs—an ongoing effort to live out the mission of Always Be Caring by taking action in support of causes that directly impact individuals with special needs and their families.
Through this program, we champion initiatives that promote inclusion, accessibility, awareness, and advocacy. Whether it's raising funds for adaptive equipment, supporting inclusive classrooms, donating to therapy programs, or responding to urgent needs in the community, the Kindness Campaign is a way to turn compassion into meaningful change.
Every act of kindness, big or small, makes a difference. By supporting the Kindness Campaign, you’re helping create a world where individuals with special needs are not only seen—but celebrated.
Baskets of Kindness
Designed for families with loved ones who have special needs, these baskets offer nourishment, care, and connection — one basket at a time. We all know how important good nutrition is—especially for families managing medical or developmental diagnoses. This is a small but meaningful way we hope to ease a little of that burden.
Baskets include fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables
Eligibility Requirements for Basket of Kindness Campaign:
- A member of the household is a child or adult with a diagnosed disability or special needs. (No documentation required — self-identification is sufficient.)
- The family resides within the Columbus and surrounding areas
- One basket per household per distribution.
- Must contact us in advance via message or e-mail to request a basket (limited supply available weekly). Confirmation and pick up details will be given at this time.
- Able to pick up the basket at the designated time and location

Santa's Helpers is a holiday shopping experience specially designed for individuals with special needs. Each participant will be paired with a volunteer “helper” and guided through a curated selection of gifts chosen just for them—based on the likes and dislikes provided during registration. These aren’t your typical Santa Shop items; eve
Santa's Helpers is a holiday shopping experience specially designed for individuals with special needs. Each participant will be paired with a volunteer “helper” and guided through a curated selection of gifts chosen just for them—based on the likes and dislikes provided during registration. These aren’t your typical Santa Shop items; every option has been thoughtfully selected to help each child choose meaningful gifts for up to four loved ones.
This event has three important goals:
- Provide a safe, supportive space that fosters independence for children with additional needs
- Offer a moment of rest, care, and appreciation for caregivers
- Ensure loved ones receive heartfelt gifts—chosen by their child

Together, they’ll explore a thoughtfully curated selection of gifts designed to help them choose something meaningful for the women who support,

“For the Women We Love” is more than just shopping. It’s an experience created to provide a safe, supportive space that fosters independence, while giving participants the chance to express appreciation in their own special way. Families are invited to enjoy the experience together, celebrate meaningful moments, and create memories that highlight the joy of giving.

“For the Men We Love” is about more than finding the perfect present , it's about the confidence and pride in giving brings. Through events like this, Andy's ABCs hopes to strengthen connections, empower individuals ands remind the incredible men in their lives how much they are valued.
