Santa's Helpers is a holiday shopping experience specially designed for individuals with special needs. Each participant will be paired with a volunteer “helper” and guided through a curated selection of gifts chosen just for them—based on the likes and dislikes provided during registration. These aren’t your typical Santa Shop items; every option has been thoughtfully selected to help each child choose meaningful gifts for up to four loved ones. 

This event has three important goals:

1. Provide a safe, supportive space that fosters independence for children with additional needs
    
2. Offer a moment of rest, care, and appreciation for caregivers
    
3. Ensure loved ones receive heartfelt gifts—chosen by their child

 These special Andy's ABCs events invite individuals with extra needs to shop for the important people in their lives—moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, siblings, teachers, caregivers, and other loved ones—alongside a trusted caregiver. Together, they'll explore a thoughtfully curated selection of gifts, making it easy to choose som

More than just a shopping experience, The Ones We Love is designed to foster confidence, encourage independence, and create opportunities for participants to express gratitude in their own unique way. Families are invited to enjoy the experience together, celebrate the joy of giving, and create lasting memories that remind us all that the most meaningful gifts come from the heart.

Recent highlights include exclusive sensory-friendly screenings of Toy Story 5 and Minions & Monsters, giving families the opportunity to enjoy the excitement of the latest films in a welcoming, accommodating environment. Whether hosting inclusive events or participating in community outreach initiatives, Andy's ABCs continues to bring people together, promote understanding, and spread kindness throughout the Greater Columbus area.
