To provide individuals with special needs the opportunity to shop independently for gifts for their loved ones in a supportive, sensory-friendly, and inclusive environment — while caregivers enjoy their own moment of holiday relaxation and community connection.

All cost covered by Andy's ABCs-no cost to participants

• Date: December 6, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Location: Andy’s ABCs Santa Shoppe-Location to be sent after registration 
• Registration: Families register for a specific time slot to ensure a calm, personalized experience with a limit of 3 shoppers per time frame
• Eligibility: No income requirement. Proof of disability through documentation may requested such as:
  • Physician’s note
  • IEP (Individualized Education Plan)
  • 504 plan

• Sensory-friendly lighting and background music
• Visual schedule boards and social stories available before the event
• Wheelchair-accessible aisles and tables
• Communication boards for nonverbal participants
• Volunteer training on disability etiquette and adaptive communication
